The plan for our new bathroom is inspired by (if not stolen from) the hotel in Kyoto:
Pictured here is the "wet area" - i.e., tub and shower - with the tub on the left behind frosted glass and the rest of the area is the "shower". Immediately to the right (out of frame) is the sink/vanity. Behind that (due left out of frame) is the water closet. Obviously ours will looks a little bit different, but this is the essence of the idea and the design.
